The Boiler: While I guarantee my specific repair, I cannot provide a warranty for the rest of an ageing appliance. Any new or unrelated faults that develop are billed at our standard rates.
In short: I’ll always fix my own work for free, but I can’t guarantee the lifespan of an old boiler!
