"Professional, polite, accommodating and easy to deal with. I had to call Cess out for my elderly parents who had returned to their property after an afternoon out to find their OVO plumber had not done his job properly the day before resulting in a nasty leak. Cess provided photos and video so my folks had evidence to sort with OVO once Cess had sorted the leak. Peace of mind at last!"
"Fast, Neat and Efficient…plumbing service. Kes responded to my call for assistance with a leaking waste pipe. Within two hours of my out of the blue phone call Kes had attended and replaced the the offending pipework. I highly recommend his service and would have absolutely no hesitation in contacting him if I had an issue. I will definitely be using his service in the future for planned kitchen tap replacement."

"I can't recommend Cess highly enough! He came to us in our of need when our 9 year old boiler- just out of warranty, suddenly stopped working (in freezing temperatures).The boiler wasn't originally installed by him but by a large local company in Torquay that had left me unimpressed after recent issues with radiators, so I tried Cess based on his google reviews - always a risk but his reviews are 100% accurate. After a thorough inspection he identified the underlying issue - that our gas pipes were not big enough to support the gas flow to the boiler! Even though it had been maintained, the boiler for this reason was beyond repair( which he was able to show us). He clearly explained everything to us and helped guide us to a new boiler choice. He then prioritised us in his schedule and even came back over a couple of evenings to alleviate some queries I had and am very grateful for. The quality of his work was fantastic, the new pipework was done beautifully in tight space - which is something I never thought I'd say about pipework! He also installed a new Hive thermostat, lagged everything up and, tidied up at the end of each day. Excellent workmanship, professional, reliable, well-priced and genuinely a lovely chap. I don't hesitate in recommending him and will be getting him back in a few weeks to quote on some new work we plan to have done later in the year!"
